X Technique (Polarity Therapy)

This is a Polarity Therapy technique that gets its name because the pattern forms an X across a joint: Low Right-High Left, Low Left-High Right. At least that is the way it is taught. I have found that it really doesn’t matter. I do it diagonally, side to side, top to bottom, front to back, whatever I am drawn to at the time and place, as illustrated in the following photos.
