Sinus Congestion and Sinus Pain
There
are several effective sinus points. The ones I personally use are between
the eyes at the bridge of the nose, directly under the eyes, pressing up
into the cheekbone, and just to the side of the bottom of the nose and
directly beneath that point on the upper lip. Four points on each side of
the face.
As with other acupressure work, I simply hold the points, two at a time on
each side, until I sense an energetic balance. I typically hold between the
eyes and under the eye followed by between the eyes by the nose. The two
points by the nose, just lateral to the bottom and directly beneath that on
the upper lip, can easily be covered at the same time with one finger tip.
