Pain on stretching the nerve
Spasm in acute stage
Muscle atrophy in chronic stage
Negative neurological signs for nerve conduct and motor activity

Do not stretch nerve
Ice/heat with client tolerance
Doctor diagnosis
Refer to proper primary care for spinal alignment
