Haiku
Probably the most widely known and used point in the entire body is Large
Intestine 4, also known as Haiku. This point can be used to treat more
conditions than any other single point. However, for every condition for
which it is effective, there are other individual points that are more
effective for the specific condition being addressed. But if you can
remember only one point, this is the one to know. This point is not to be
used during pregnancy until AFTER labor has started because it can cause
premature contractions of the uterus.
